i-studentgroup and Humboldt

The Humboldt University app made in collaboration with i-studentgroup was a particularly exciting project for us as it was our first iOS app. It’s a beautiful brochure for prospective students thinking about attending Humboldt. It is currently under review with Apple.

Chess Viewer

Everyman Chess

The Chess Viewer was a fun app to make for Everyman Chess. It lets you play through and study games of chess while also being a shop front for their eBooks business. Even better, it lets you explore variations of how the game might have played out. We redesigned the app from their existing iOS version adding more visual style and tablet-specific customisations.

NHS Employers

Quack Apps and NHS Employers

The NHS Employers app was made in partnership with Quack Apps. The app lets employers in the NHS keep up to date with the latest news and guidelines.

UniSA International

i-studentgroup and UniSA

UniSA International Students was our 3rd collaboration with i-studentgroup. Like our other apps with i-studentgroup, it’s a great phone/tablet app making use of native Android code and HTML layouts. It is also in the process of being translated into Simplified and Traditional Chinese.

MyFoodCircle

North-51

MyFoodCircle is a visually rich social app that lets its users share status updates and pictures of what they are eating. We developed the Android version from North-51′s specification and iOS version. We integrated with their server (using JSON) to handle user profiles and posts, adapted their artwork where needed, and developed the necessary image capture and manipulation routines.

SKEMA Business School

i-studentgroup and SKEMA

The SKEMA business school apps helps existing students stay up to date by providing easy access to news, events, videos, course lists, maps and much more. This app is a great example of a content-rich and complex layout which adapts to different screen sizes. It’s a hybrid application making use of native Android code which we developed, and HTML content provided by i-studentgroup which we adjusted.

Lincoln University, NZ

i-studentgroup and Lincoln University

The Lincoln University app is our second collaboration with i-studentgroup. It provides testimonials, news, costings, course and scholarship information, and much more. The key feature that sets it apart from the SKEMA app is its inclusion of an interactive campus map. This lets students see where the various facilities on campus are using the key, or by panning and zooming the map to explore.
